Up to 3 well behaved dogs (of any size) are welcome at an additional charge of £12.50 per dog per night. We provide a few essentials to make their stay comfortable too.

Is there on-site parking available?
Yes, there is ample parking available for several cars including EVP
Is the cottage accessible for those with limited mobility?
Limited ground floor access including a spacious double bedroom with adjoining bathroom - Suitable for the less mobile
Are we allowed to explore the farm grounds?
Yes, there is 250 acres of orchards, woodlands and private nature reserve to explore

How close is the nearest shop or pub?
A quaint micro-pub is just a ten-minute stroll away, accessible via a private path through our orchard. For essentials, the nearest shop is located three miles away in Leigh Sinton.
Do you provide essentials like linens, towels, and fuel for the fire?
Fresh linens and towels are provided for your stay, along with an initial supply of fuel to get the fire started. Additional firewood is available at an extra charge - Please enquire for more details.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Arrival: 16:00 onwards | Departure: before 10:00
What amenities do you have for families with children?
Notehouse Farms is fully equipped for families. We provide a high chair and a variety of indoor entertainment, including puzzles and toys. For older children, our expansive private gardens and dedicated Games Room—complete with a pool table and table tennis—offer plenty of space to stay active and entertained.
Can I hire any extras such as a private chef?
We can provide recommendations for a private chef or, if organised in advance, coordinate a local company to host a professional BBQ for your group.
What are the rules regarding bringing dogs to stay at the property?
We are delighted to welcome dogs and kindly ask owners to help us preserve the comfort, cleanliness and quality of the property for all guests.
• To help us maintain the highest standards throughout the property, dogs are not permitted on beds or soft furnishings.
• Dogs must not be left unattended in the house.
• When enjoying the garden off the lead, dogs should remain under close supervision.
• Please be considerate of the surrounding livestock and wildlife.
• Any damage should be reported at the earliest opportunity.
• If dogs are wet or muddy, please ensure they are dried before coming indoors; dog wash, shampoo and towels are provided for your convenience.
• Please dispose of dog waste responsibly.
• Owners always remain fully responsible for their dogs during their stay.
